Both normally require you to be close to the corner for it to hit as a combo. The exact distance it will connect at is character specific; taller characters can be hit further out. Bread and butter makoto combo is to grab them with a Karakusa (hcb + k) near the corner, then s.hp xx SAII. __________________________________________________ | |
