If it is not possible to get 15%,(and in some caucuses this can be difficult, particularly in Iowa), then you can put your vote to another candidate. __________________________________________________ | |

(well you could possibly, but you would still need to meet 15% threshold, and if you aren't meeting threshold for Kucinich, you wouldn't for Paul either.)
