I'm an actor/director/writer/producer in Hollywood and if the PBA wants a better image which is all the talk about, they shouldn't let, not let, support a filmmaker that makes bowlers look like idiots. Professional bowling is hard, it's tough. I'd equate it to the PGA Tour. No one off the streets is gonna go out and beat Tiger Woods and the same could be said for Walter Ray. __________________________________________________ | |

| jdbowls300 ::: Favorites 2007-07-18 04:10:07 Real bowlers are gonna hate this movie. They tolerated Kingpin because they actually hired PBA guys to bowl in some scenes. The only actor in this movie that can really bowl is J.T. When you do a film about a sport, get actors that can really do the sport or get the guys that do the sport and teach them to act...ie: Tin Cup, He Got Game or Blue Chip, and Any Given Sunday. Even the guy that wrote the script can't bowl. I would never write a script about me deep sea diving, because I can't do it. __________________________________________________ | |
