anohso ::: Favorites Could you specify which of the performances you are referring to. I did look at 2 'Forever' and those were in 1996. I will say that the studio version of 'without you' is exceptional and the only time Mariah scored with a cover song...but specify the live one so I can fairly assess. anohso ::: Favorites Well post those and let me see . I just listened to several live clips of 'we belong together' and none come close to recorded version. What I note is that she actually held the last note for 10 seconds, thereafter it's studio effect, that's why live she only goes up to 9 seconds. Take a listen to it and hear for youself 10 secs. into the note and you can hear the studio effects used to lengthen it.
